Dispatch & Release Desk Coordinator
Position: Regular, Full-Time
Location: Mississauga, Ontario

About Total Express
Established in Toronto in 1992, Total Express is an international freight forwarding and 3PL warehousing company with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate daily shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
Prepare and update shipping records and system data.
Verify order accuracy and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
