Position Information

• Position: Freight Forwarding Manager / Coordinator
• Location: Langley, BC, Canada

• Company: OTA Logistics Canada, Inc.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments (air, ocean, and ground)
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, customs documents, etc.)
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with Canadian customs and transportation regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and documentation
• Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written) required
• Experience with Canadian customs procedures is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
