Position Information

• Position: Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Entry Level)
• Location: Langley, BC, Canada

• Company: OTA Logistics Canada, Inc.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse inbound and outbound operations
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate dispatch schedules
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse records
• Label, palletize, and organize cargo in the warehouse
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and office team
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset
• Ability to lift and move warehouse cargo when required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written) required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Willingness to learn warehouse and logistics operations
