These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using NearGoods, a local marketplace app for renting, buying, selling, requesting items, and communicating with other users.

1. App Purpose

NearGoods helps users connect with nearby members for local item listings, rentals, purchase inquiries, wanted item requests, and chat communication.

2. No In-App Payments

NearGoods does not process payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Any payment, pickup arrangement, rental condition, or exchange is handled directly between users.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, messages, photos, pickup arrangements, and transaction decisions.

4. Prohibited Content

Illegal, unsafe, adult, violent, weapon-related, counterfeit, restricted, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed. Users may report inappropriate listings or behavior.

5. Reports and Safety

NearGoods may review reports and remove or restrict content or accounts that violate app rules or create safety concerns.
