[ Responsibilities ]

- Flexible and adaptable to changing fast-paced work environments, and work under pressure

- Ability to work as a team worker, and follow directions and instructions

- Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment before and after restaurant hours

- Prepare food items to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs

- Cook food items by deep-frying, frying, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards

- Handle heavy loads : up to 30lbs

- Comfortable in preparation, cooking and handling of food, especially raw meat and seafood

[ Experience ]

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience as a kitchen cook at a Japanese restaurant is preferred

We are looking for a day time server who is reliable, enthusiastic workers with a positive customer-first attitude.

- Requirements: Minimum of two years in a fast paced restaurant. Japanese restaurant experience is preferred

- Must have a ProServe certification

- Attentive to customers and be comfortable in upselling to increase average ticket value

- Punctual

- Multitasks: Daily duties for opening, closing, restocking, cleaning, and ordering

- ⁠Operate alone during weekday lunch

- ⁠Must have a POS experience
