1. Service
InsaengON provides life-learning, wellness information, selected video links, AI-assisted questions, and optional family-support features. eKBS operates the service.
2. Accounts
Most learning content can be used without an account. An account is required for family features. Users must provide accurate information, protect their password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Family sharing and consent
Users choose the connected family member, information type, and sharing action. Recipients must accept shared plans or tasks. Location and screenshots must not be used to monitor, threaten, or harm another person.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity, fraud, threats, harassment, hate, sexual or violent content
- Spam, impersonation, privacy violations, or sharing another person’s sensitive information without permission
- Attempting to bypass security, disrupt the service, or access another account
- Using reports, family features, AI, location, or screenshots to deceive or harm
5. Reports, blocks, and enforcement
Users can report users or received content and block abusive users in Settings. eKBS may restrict content, suspend accounts, preserve limited safety records, or cooperate with lawful authorities.
6. Educational and wellness information
Content is general education and does not replace medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. Contact qualified professionals or local emergency services when needed.
7. AI responses
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify important information with official sources and professionals before acting. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, financial details, or detailed medical information.
8. External videos and services
YouTube, Bunny.net, maps, stores, and other external services may have separate terms. InsaengON links to or embeds third-party content but does not grant ownership rights. Users must not download, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced when appropriate.
10. Account deletion and termination
Users can delete an account in the app or request deletion on the official website. eKBS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
11. Responsibility and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for their choices and shared content. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Alberta and Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
